We are currently recruiting for:

Kayak and SUP Coaches/Assistant Coaches

Locations

• Broad Haven

• Tenby

• Surrounding area

​

Essential Qualities

• You must hold a Paddlesport/Paddleboard Instructor qualification (for Assistant Coaches) or higher (for Coaches)

 

Desirable Qualities

• Able to work confidently with groups of people

• Good people skills and able to work with participants of all ages (10+)

• Paddling experience – across all paddle craft is ideal but not essential

• Able to work weekday evenings, weekends and school holidays

• Physically fit and a sound swimmer

• Reliable, organised and good timekeeping

• Other water sport or sport experience

• Coaching experience of any sport

To be deployed as an assistant coach, you must be 16+, and as a lead coach, you must be 18+ and will be assessed onsite by one of our management team.
